Marble & Stone Restoration
Diamond grinding to take out lippage, honing to an even matte, polishing and crystallization to a mirror, then an impregnating seal. Scratches, etch marks and stains are repaired in the same pass — one crew, one visit, one finish.
All Natural & Engineered Stone
Granite, travertine, terrazzo, limestone, onyx, quartz and Corian, each worked to its own hardness and chemistry. Travertine gets its voids filled before honing; terrazzo is cut like the concrete it is; countertops and vanities are polished in place.
Deep Cleaning & Maintenance
Rotary scrub and pressure extraction for floors and tiles, grout cleaned back to colour or recoloured, and full post-construction clean-down. Annual contracts keep a restored floor from ever needing restoring twice.
Commercial & Facility Management
Hotels, malls, corporate towers and hospitals, worked overnight or in phases so trading hours and guests are never affected. Method statements, insurance and site inductions handled before we arrive.

Site survey
Stone identified, area measured, lippage and old coatings checked — your fixed quote comes from this.
Grinding
Metal-bonded diamonds flatten the floor and lift lippage, deep scratches and old coatings.
Honing
Grits 100 to 400 erase the grinding pattern and bring the whole floor to one even matte.
Polishing & crystallization
Resin diamonds 800 to 3000 build the reflection; crystallization hardens it. The mirror appears here.
Sealing
An impregnating sealer matched to the stone's porosity. Protection without a film.
Gloss check & handover
Gloss readings across the floor, walked with you, recorded, with written aftercare.
The things clients ask before booking.
A straightforward polish and seal on a 200 m² villa floor is typically one to two days. If the floor needs grinding for lippage, allow three to four. Large commercial areas are phased across nights and quoted with a programme so you know exactly which zone is closed when.
Yes, and most of our residential work is done exactly that way. We seal off the working area with sheeting, run extraction continuously and complete the floor room by room so you always have usable space. Bedrooms are normally scheduled so you are never without one.
Far less than people expect. Grinding and honing are wet processes, so the residue is a contained slurry rather than airborne dust, and it is extracted as it is produced. Dry stages run under vacuum extraction. Adjacent areas are sheeted regardless.
We quote a target in gloss units and measure it before handover. Above 85 GU is a true mirror finish. Some stones will not reach that no matter what is done to them — heavily filled travertine, for example — and we will tell you that at survey rather than after taking the job.
Every twelve to eighteen months for most floors, sooner in wet areas and heavy-traffic commercial spaces. A simple water-drop test tells you: if water darkens the stone within a couple of minutes instead of beading, the sealer has gone.
Per square metre, fixed after the site survey. The rate depends on the stone, its condition and which stages it needs — a polish and seal is considerably cheaper than a full grind. You get one written number covering everything, and it does not change afterwards.
Twelve months on workmanship, in writing. If the finish fails within that period through anything we did or did not do, we return and correct it at no charge. It does not cover fresh damage, acid etching from cleaning chemicals, or missed resealing.
Yes. Damage before an event, a stain that needs treating before it sets, or a lobby that has to be presentable tomorrow morning — call the number directly rather than using the form, and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you in time.
