What we do

Stone is not a surface you replace. It is a surface you restore.

Most dull, scratched or stained marble in Abu Dhabi does not need ripping out. Under the damage the stone is intact — what has gone is the top few microns. We remove that layer with graded diamond abrasives and bring back a fresh face on the same slab. It costs a fraction of replacement, takes days instead of weeks, and the result is the stone itself, not a coating sitting on top of it.

Services

Four things we do, and do properly.

Every job starts with the same question — what is the stone, and what has happened to it? The answer decides the tooling, the grit sequence and the finish.

Our process

Six stages, in order, every time.

Skipping a stage shows up in the finish within weeks. We work the full sequence and we show you the gloss reading at the end.

Site survey

We identify the stone, test its hardness and porosity, measure the area and check the floor for lippage, cracks and previous coatings. You get a fixed written quote from this, not a guess over the phone.

Grinding

Metal-bonded diamonds flatten the floor and remove lippage, deep scratches and any old coating. Wet-worked with continuous extraction so the slurry is contained rather than spread.

Honing

Progressive grits from 100 to 400 erase the grinding pattern and bring the whole floor to one even matte surface. Every subsequent stage depends on this being done fully.

Polishing & crystallization

Fine resin diamonds from 800 to 3000 grit build the reflection, then crystallization hardens and deepens it. This is where the mirror finish actually appears.

Sealing

An impregnating sealer matched to your stone's porosity is applied, allowed to penetrate, and the residue buffed off. Protection without a film, and without changing the finish.

Gloss check & handover

We take gloss-meter readings across the floor, walk it with you, record the result on the handover sheet and leave written aftercare instructions for the specific stone.

Why us

The difference is in the parts you cannot see.

Anyone can put a shine on marble for a fortnight. Holding it takes correct flattening, a clean grit progression and the right sealer for the stone.

  1. Measured, not claimed

We take a gloss-meter reading on your floor before we leave and record it on the handover sheet. If it does not meet what we quoted, we keep working.

  2. Correct grit progression

Every stage removes the scratch pattern of the one before it. Jumping grits to save an hour leaves a haze that shows the moment low sunlight hits the floor.

  3. Dust-controlled on site

Continuous vacuum extraction and sheeted containment. Occupied villas and trading retail floors stay usable around us.

  4. Stone-matched sealing

An impregnating sealer chosen for the porosity of your stone — not one bottle used on every job regardless.

  5. Night and phased works

Hotels, malls and offices are worked overnight or in phases so trading hours and guests are never affected.

  6. Fixed written quote

Priced per square metre after the survey. The number on the quote is the number on the invoice.

What people say after we hand back the floor.

They worked our lobby over four consecutive nights and it was open and immaculate for breakfast every morning. The gloss reading they handed over matched what they quoted at survey. That has not been our experience with contractors here.

Our Crema Marfil had gone completely flat and had etch marks all through the dining area. Two other companies told us it needed replacing. TopTen ground and polished it in three days and it looks better than when the villa was handed over.

We put them on the annual contract after the first restoration. Reception has stayed at handover condition for a year, which is more than I can say for the two suppliers before them.

Quoted a fixed price, held it, arrived when they said and cleaned up properly afterwards. The travertine around the pool had holes I did not even know were meant to be filled.

Questions

The things clients ask before booking.

A straightforward polish and seal on a 200 m² villa floor is typically one to two days. If the floor needs grinding for lippage, allow three to four. Large commercial areas are phased across nights and quoted with a programme so you know exactly which zone is closed when.

Yes, and most of our residential work is done exactly that way. We seal off the working area with sheeting, run extraction continuously and complete the floor room by room so you always have usable space. Bedrooms are normally scheduled so you are never without one.

Far less than people expect. Grinding and honing are wet processes, so the residue is a contained slurry rather than airborne dust, and it is extracted as it is produced. Dry stages run under vacuum extraction. Adjacent areas are sheeted regardless.

We quote a target in gloss units and measure it before handover. Above 85 GU is a true mirror finish. Some stones will not reach that no matter what is done to them — heavily filled travertine, for example — and we will tell you that at survey rather than after taking the job.

Every twelve to eighteen months for most floors, sooner in wet areas and heavy-traffic commercial spaces. A simple water-drop test tells you: if water darkens the stone within a couple of minutes instead of beading, the sealer has gone.

Per square metre, fixed after the site survey. The rate depends on the stone, its condition and which stages it needs — a polish and seal is considerably cheaper than a full grind. You get one written number covering everything, and it does not change afterwards.

Twelve months on workmanship, in writing. If the finish fails within that period through anything we did or did not do, we return and correct it at no charge. It does not cover fresh damage, acid etching from cleaning chemicals, or missed resealing.

Yes. Damage before an event, a stain that needs treating before it sets, or a lobby that has to be presentable tomorrow morning — call the number directly rather than using the form, and we will tell you honestly whether we can get to you in time.

Send us a photo of the floor. We will tell you what it needs.

A quick WhatsApp photo is usually enough for us to tell you whether you are looking at a polish, a full grind, or a stain treatment — and roughly what it will cost. The site survey that follows is free and carries no obligation.
