We measure the result
A gloss meter reading on your floor, recorded and handed to you. Not an opinion about how shiny it looks.
TopTenMarbleWorld works on one material family — natural and engineered stone — across Abu Dhabi and the wider Emirates. That focus is the entire point. Stone punishes generalists.

Abu Dhabi has an extraordinary amount of natural stone in it. Marble in villa entrance halls, granite in tower lobbies, travertine around pools, terrazzo in the older institutional buildings. Very little of it is looked after correctly.
The usual pattern is depressingly consistent: a floor goes dull, someone applies a wax or an acrylic coating to make it shine for a month, and the coating traps dirt and yellows. A year later the stone underneath is in worse condition than when the problem started, and the owner is quoted for replacement.
Almost none of that stone needs replacing. It needs a technician who knows which grit to start at and has the patience to work the sequence through. That is the whole business.

The sequence exists because each stage removes the scratches of the last one. There is no way to shortcut it that does not show up later.
No wax, no acrylic, no topical shine. If a floor needs gloss, it gets it from the stone being refinished — not from a film that will fail.
Priced per square metre after a physical survey. Nothing gets added mid-job because something turned out to be harder than expected.
Sheeting, extraction and slurry control. We leave the site cleaner than the state we found it in.
A twelve-month written workmanship warranty. If something we did fails within it, we come back and put it right.
Three-head planetary grinders for large floor areas, single-disc rotaries for detail and edge work, weighted crystallization machines, wet extraction units and hand tooling for stairs, skirtings and countertops. Diamond abrasives are graded, logged and replaced on wear — a worn pad cuts unevenly and leaves a pattern you cannot polish out.
Our technicians are trained on the tooling they use and on the stone they are working. Every crew runs with a supervisor who is accountable for the finish, carries the gloss meter, and signs the handover. Uniformed, ID-carrying and briefed on site rules before they arrive.
They worked our lobby over four consecutive nights and it was open and immaculate for breakfast every morning. The gloss reading they handed over matched what they quoted at survey. That has not been our experience with contractors here.
Our Crema Marfil had gone completely flat and had etch marks all through the dining area. Two other companies told us it needed replacing. TopTen ground and polished it in three days and it looks better than when the villa was handed over.
We put them on the annual contract after the first restoration. Reception has stayed at handover condition for a year, which is more than I can say for the two suppliers before them.
Quoted a fixed price, held it, arrived when they said and cleaned up properly afterwards. The travertine around the pool had holes I did not even know were meant to be filled.
We will survey your floor free of charge, explain exactly what it needs and what it does not, and put a fixed number on it.
